- For the Roasted Vegetables:
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- GARLIC: Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
Initially, using a microwave preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 degrees Celsius.
In one bowl, gently mix the baby potatoes in 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place them on baking tray and bake in the oven for twenty minutes.
Put the asparagus and cherry tomatoes to the baking sheet. Finally pour the remaining olive oil over the vegetables, sprinkle the tomatoes and season with salt and black pepper then return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft and a teeny bit caramelized.
Step 2: Prepare the Salmon
Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both their sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet before you turn the stove’s heat to medium. ellschaft der fillets with salmon and fry for 3-4 minutes for each side and until the skin is brown. Pull out the salmon and set them aside In order to stop overcooking, I pulled out the salmon to a separate plate.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
For the same skillet, heat the melted butter on the medium flame. Put the garlic in and stir for 1 minute until aromatic.
Pour in the vegetable broth and let it heat till it forms a simmer. And let it simmer down a little bit, and then stir and whisk in the heavy cream and lemon juice.
Finally pour in your Parmesan cheese and mix it till the sauce is creamy.
Step 4: Combine and Serve
Pour the garlic butter sauce over each fillet before rounding up the salmon and serving them on a skillet.
Lay out the roasted vegetables on a large platter and put the salmon fillets beside that. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and put few slices of lemon on top.
Tips for Success
Choose Fresh Salmon: Ideally for this preparation, get the freshest salmon you can get, from the wild.
Don’t Overcrowd the Pan: Cooking the salmon until the surface is crispy orAttrs: charring needs room to avoid steaming.
Adjust the Creaminess: If you want the sauce to be more classy a little more heavy cream or Parmesan can be added.
